Admission Process

Reservation for Private Colleges in Tamil Nadu
1. Open Competition (OC)
 ► Percentage: 31%
 ► Description: This category is open to all students who do not fall under any of the reserved categories.
2. Backward Classes (BC)
 ► Percentage: 26.5%
 ► Description: Reserved for candidates belonging to the Backward Classes, excluding Backward Classes Muslims.
3. Backward Classes Muslims (BCM)
 ► Percentage: 3.5%
 ► Description: Specifically for Muslim candidates who belong to the Backward Classes.
4. Most Backward Classes (MBC) and Denotified Communities (DNC)
 ► Percentage: 20%
 ► Description: For candidates from Most Backward Classes and Denotified Communities, which include communities that were historically marginalized.
5. Scheduled Castes (SC)
